Return & Refund Policy – Rollections

At Rollections, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or if the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 working days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging
